Diversity Day 2021 at HITEC Luxembourg
HITEC Luxembourg has been a signatory of the Charte de la Diversité Lëtzebuerg since October 2020. For the Diversity Day on 20 May 2021, the Minister for Family and Integration, Corinne Cahen, honored the opening of the day with her presence. HITEC Luxembourg has set itself an ambitious program.
At the beginning of the day Tom Hecker, president of Rosa Lëtzebuerg, gave a speech about diversity and LGBTIQ+ topics that should be on the agenda of every employer, followed by a workshop around the topic: “LGBTIQ+ & Diversity – Opportunities for companies”.
In the afternoon the ASTI held a video conference that addressed the topic: “The history of migration in Luxembourg, an overview of the current situation and future challenges for Luxembourg.”
